Postage and Packaging Costs
All postage and packaging costs are in accordance with our chosen courier.
Courier Responsibility
Any lost or damaged goods in the possession of the courier are no longer the responsibility of us (Button Up Baby Limited) and as such, we will not refund/replace any goods lost or damaged by them. We will however offer help and support in contacting the courier in the event of an issue being encountered. We will use our discretion in this matter .
Delivery times
Delivery times are approximate and estimated. We in no way guarantee posting/delivery times to be exact, with the exception of our guaranteed delivery/special delivery options being purchased, in accordance with the 'Order By' time being adhered to by you (our client).
We do however aim to have all orders, processed, packaged and posted or ready for in-store collection (delivery option selection dependent) within 7 days of receiving the order placement at our packaging facility.
Some items are made to order or ordered in specifically for you from a manufacturer, and will, therefore, take longer to receive, according to the recommendation in the description of those specific products.
We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter, especially with bespoke or handmade products.
Quality Assurance
All goods sold by us (Button Up Baby Limited) adhere to trading standards quality and safety rules and regulations. We (Button Up Baby Limited) take the quality of our goods extremely seriously and inspect goods before being made available to purchase and before being packed/posted.
Payment Plans Policy:
Payment Plans require an initial 20% deposit of the total reserved goods value and are offered for up to 8 weeks to pay the remaining balance. The store holds the goods until the plan is complete then the items can be collected in person or posted for an additional postage fee.
Payment plans are to be correctly sized and the final decision to be made at time of initial deposit. We offer no refund policy, exchange or reduction in payment plan size in any way. A payment plan sale date is registered at the date of the initial deposit and payment must be made in full by the final day of the 8th week, this date will be stated verbally and shared with you (our client) upon deposit payment, (we are flexible, if there is an issue, please talk to us about further extensions or personal financial changes).
If you wish to add any new items to your payment plan you can do so either by contacting us by phone, our business Whatsapp or in-store - this will however be set up as a new payment plan, separate from your original one and will only be agreed at the discretion of the store manager after discussing the payment time frame and expectation with you (our client).
We (Button Up Baby Limited) do not hold any responsibility, nor will we tolerate any verbal aggression, should any of the items you have held via a payment plan enter a seasonal sale or short time discount offer during the duration of your payment plan term.
Faulty goods have your 14 day return rights from date of final payment and collection of item's.
If an item is discovered by you (our client) to be damaged or faulty, after the final payment has been made, but before leaving our store, you must inform us before you leave the store.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have sized correctly and inspected the items both before and immediately after completing the payment plan, to ensure you are happy with the quality and condition of the goods being purchased.
Any issues found with the garments after leaving the premises are no longer the responsibility of us (Button Up Baby Limited) and therefore cannot be returned.
Please note; the store manager will use their discretion to determine whether the item(s) match the required criteria, will examine the product(s), ask relevant questions and make a decision regarding the returned faulty/damaged item(s) according to their training. All products are quality control checked before being sold/posted by us personally, and therefore, a decision will be made accordingly, after inspection of the product itself by us (Button Up Baby Limited)
An unpaid payment plan without informing us, will result in loss of deposit. In the case that any additional payments aside from the deposit have been made, but the full balance not paid, nor a reasonable payment schedule adhered to, after a mutual agreement being made of extension being made, any monies aside from the deposit will be held as a store credit with a time limit for use in place.
Please be assured that we will work with you to find the best possible resolution to any financial difficulties in this regard. Do not hesitate to contact us as communication on this matter is extremely important.
Please also note that this Payment Plan agreement is in no way a money lending/borrowing/credit agreement. Goods will not be released until the items are paid in full.
We (Button Up Baby Limited) reserve the right to cap the total value of Payment Plans at our own discretion. We do not wish to be the cause of any financial burden or stress.
